It’s always a great honor when you get recognized for your work, but when they tell you that the campaign we worked on is the standard of excellence in the Caribbean, it’s hard not to end up with a spark in our smiles and a feeling of pride.
We are delighted to announce that the #DoThePOV campaign for Kickstart has been awarded Best of Show in the Caribbean ADDYs. #DoThePOV won a Gold as Social campaign, and two of the individual pieces in the video series, won Gold as well.
#DoThePOV was a very exciting project to work on, a reflection of the great teamwork with our Pepsico client. This award is thanks to them, whom always supported us with their trust.
In addition, Gatorade’s (a Pepsico brand) #RiseToWin promotion was also recognized with Gold for Branded Content. In this campaign, we managed to bring together Gatorade and Felix Verdejo, renowned and beloved Puerto Rican boxing champion, for a digital promotion never seen before on the Island.
Apart from the winning Gold ADDY for these campaigns, Contáctica added six silver prizes. Four of them for the #AtletaG documentary series by Gatorade and two for the videos worked for Triple-S Life with the funny Doñitas del Chocolate.
In total, we added 1 Best of Show, 4 gold and 6 silver in a competition where 32 companies from 8 countries participated including Bahamas, Cayman Islands, US Virgin Islands, Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, Jamaica, Curaçao and Puerto Rico.
